Online Store Policy 


Returns and Exchanges are not accepted. All items are custom made to measurements/sizing selected and specifications so they are non refundable or eligible for an exchange. Please select the size that would best accommodate you based on the size chart provided or specify specific measurements. 


Custom Order Policy 

If you are requesting a custom order please:

1.Email to schedule a date and time to meet for a consultation.

2. Pay the non-refundable $50 consultation fee to hold the scheduled date and time. (Fee will be applied toward the total cost of garment/design. Should the client not show, cancel, or decide to not move forward with Designs By J. Stocking services, fee is non-refundable.) 


Please make all custom orders at a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the date you are requesting completed custom garment. If the garment is needed earlier, it is possible to have order rushed for an additional cost. Rush orders will only be fulfilled if there is availability.



All custom garment orders require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of garment. This deposit is nonrefundable and will go towards the total cost of the garment.

The remaining balance is to be paid at the time of garment pick up or shipping date. Garment will not be shipped until balance is paid. 



All custom garments are final sale. Changes or alterations must be made at the time of purchase or final fitting (for local clients). For out of area shipped orders no alterations can be accommodated. After the garment is purchased there are no refunds or exchanges and no additional changes or alterations can be made.


Please Note: If you are providing your measurements, please make sure they are accurate. We are not liable for inaccurate measurements. No refund will be issued if measurements are incorrect.
